Selling is a skill that needs to be learned. Here is a book by Dale Carnegie that I hope to read or listen to. I have read three other Dale Carnegie books and they were excellent in explaining basic skills a person should have in life.
The books were: How To Win Friends and Influence People, How to Stop Worrying and Start Living and The Art of Public Speaking.
The Sales Advantage focuses on "helping people instead of pushing products", "the best sales come from listening to customers, and understanding their problems and offering solutions" and "how to build relationships"-quotes from YouTube channel Practical Learning
